How to Access Your Client Portal

Your evaluation reports are stored in a private, password-protected portal. Each client receives a unique link and password by email after their first evaluation is complete. Follow the steps below to access your reports.

Find your welcome email from Arrow Focus

After your first evaluation is delivered, you'll receive an email with the subject "Your Arrow Focus Client Portal is Ready." It contains your unique portal link and password.

Click your unique portal link

Your link is specific to your business and takes you directly to your private report space. We recommend bookmarking it for easy access.

Enter your password when prompted

Use the password from your welcome email. If you'd like it changed, just reach out and we'll update it within one business day.

Explore your reports and track progress

Inside you'll find a report for every visit with scores, narrative findings, photos, your Arrow Focus, and an action checklist. New visits are added within 7 business days of each evaluation.

All evaluation reports are strictly confidential. Your results are never shared with third parties, competitors, or industry groups. Reports are stored in a private workspace accessible only to you and Arrow Focus LLC.
